Collections of rare and inexpensive second-hand editions and a wide range of new books will be attractions of the first Moscow exhibition-fair of independent publishing houses.
      
       The fair will be held in the Polytechnic Museum on 9 and 10 September.
       The exhibition-fair will be unfolding in three spaces of the museum. The major one will be in the inner yard of the Polytechnic Museum, where book-trade, poetic readings and lecturers’ speeches will be organized on a small stage. In the same area vinyl records will be played and “a free microphone” will be available.
       Around 30 independent publishing houses have confirmed their participation in the book fair. The main condition for all the participating publishers is the floor price on books, since they get the exhibition area for free.
