France may Invest 15-20 bln Euro into North Caucasus

The amount of French investments into North Caucasus tourism may exceed 15-20 bln Euro.

The investors of this project will be known by the Sochi Forum, where all the necessary contracts will be signed. France is agreed to share its experience, and the capital will be attracted from Russia, France and other countries. About fifteen French companies wish to take part in the project, claimed Jean-Pierre Thomas, Special Representative of the President of France for Development of French-Russian Relations.

France is planning to work out logistics and build infrastructure, that is roads, airports, railways, which are to fit into the local landscape.

Europe is interested in the project because it builds it for itself as well. The Germans, French and Italians are to arrive here as the Caucasus is beautiful and new place for them, added Mr. Thomas.
