The head of the lab of cognitive and biomedical neurobiology of the Institute Dmitry Medvedev said that this instrument can help to direct various brain areas. " It looks like small grey box with light-emitting diodes. It was made to control physiotherapy stimulation. It can be a stimulation of different brain areas with the help of magnetic field. It is udes for  healing of depressive diorders, Parkinson's disease and others ",- explained Medvedev. He also added that with the help of the new instrument one can achieve better results in healing of psychic and psychosomatic diseases.

According to the scientist, the elaboration of the instrument has been held for fifteen years. There is only one analogue of the apparatus in the world, which was made in Finland, but it was made for investigation and not for the healing. Medvedev said that the working out of the instrument is still unfinished, so it is hard to say anything about production chain.

The apparatus has to pass all the tests. The scientists are trying to get now the premission for working with people.
