The executive director of  Ural pharmaceutical cluster Alexander Petrov explained the idea : " Everyone has a mobile phone. One needs a chip , which can measure the pressure, pulse, the level of potassium, sugar and cholesterol. Microchip would give a necessary information to controller's office all the time ".

      According to him, doctors will have an opportunity to control the condition of health of patients and in case of  any deviation from the norm , will be ready to call patients to hospital.

      He also noted, that the realisation of the project can take five years.At present scientists and specialists of mobile company are working out this system.

      Ural pharmaceutical cluster is an amalgamation of the Ural pharmaceutical enterprises. The decision of its creation was taken on the 24th of February in 2011 at the meeting, devoted to the development of production of home medicinal agents in the Ural federal area. Such amalgamation can allow domestic manufacturers to join efforts in the market of pharmaceutical production and save budget means for purchase of medicines.
