Russian Caricaturist Takes First Prize in China

Russian caricaturist Vyacheslav Shilov from St. Petersburg has become the winner of the International Animation and Computer Games Forum 2011 in China.
      The competition organized by Jilin Animation Institute of China was held from September, 2nd to September, 4th in the city of Changchun (Jilin Province, the Peoples Republic of China).
      150 international experts in animation and computer games, scientific and cultural figures from 20 countries were invited to participate in the Forum.
      The winner Vyacheslav Shilov represented St. Petersburg at the forum.
