HTC Starts Sales of First Windows Phone 7 Smartphone in Russia
HTC Mozart

Today HTC launches HTC Mozart in Russia, it’s the first smartphone on Windows Phone 7 OS. This was announced by the HTC and Microsoft officials at a press conference in Moscow yesterday.


HTC Mozart will be distributed through the retail chains MTS and Svyaznoy. At that the sales will start in the whole territory of Russia simultaneously. The recommended price is 12 999 Rubles.


About 30 thousand applications are available for Windows Phone 7 (WP 7). Modern convenient interface and inbuilt integration with social networks are among WP 7 advantages.   


HTC Mozart is a Windows Phone of the first generation by HTC. Smartphone processor’s Qualcomm MSM8250 speed is 1 GHz, Internal storage is 8GB, ROM is 512 MB, RAM is 576 MB. There is an inbuilt 8 megapixel color camera. Social networking is Facebook and Windows Live.


The sales of HTC Radar and HTC TITAN on Windows Phone 7 Platform will start in October, said the HTC representatives.
