RENOVA –StroyGroup is to build the largest Sochi Olympics hotel. The hotel complex, located in Adler region of Sochi in Imeretinskaya lowland, is to have 3600 rooms.
The multifunctional complex will include a hotel and a 3 or 4 stars apart-hotel under the brand Park Inn (the hotel operator is Rezidor Hotel Group), shopping centers, restaurants, a cinema, an aqua park, a sport center, a conference hall. The total area of the complex will make 183 thousand sq meters.
The sum of the investments into the largest Sochi hotel will make $600 mln. The project developer will become Top Project, which is a part of RENOVA –StroyGroup. More than a half of the sum the company will get as a credit form Vnesheconombank. The building is planned to be completed by 2013.
RENOVA –StroyGroup is a part of Renova holding, owned by Viktor Vekselberg. The Sochi hotel will be the début project for the company in the hotel market. Now the company specialization is residential and commercial real estate in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Yaroslavl and Krasnodar.
About 12, 5 thousand hotel rooms are to be built by the Sochi Olympics 2014. The large group of hotels will be locates in the territory of sport-touristic complex Gornaya Carousel (Mountain Roundabout). Some luxury hotels by four leading world hotels for 1315 rooms are planned to be opened there.
