Rally participants from Pskov have finished in Kaliningrad. August 25 car owners from public movement “DorogiRussia” started from Vladivostok, trying to overcome 11 thousands kilometres.
They drove through nineteen big Russian cities on vehicles provided by “AvtoVAZ” and “Sollers”. During this trip the enthusiasts were fixing road conditions, quality of petrol and food at roadsides cafes and making notes in their blogs. This information will be then used to create a special atlas – the most detailed map for all travellers.
On the whole, the activist have stayed satisfied, saying they were expecting worse. As it turned out the road surface is not perfect, but suitable for driving. The participants are going to return home on a ferry and then start another rally – the same distance but with girls at the wheel to make the journey more extreme.
