World Day of Tourism Will Be Celebrated in Mytischi

Cultural festival “Tea party in Mytischi” will take place in Moscow Region on 25 September. The event is dedicated to the World Day of Tourism and will be celebrated in the square near “Yauza” Palace of Culture. The fair is going to start at 12 p.m. and the main attributes will be samovar (russian tea machine), bread-rings and street festivities. Guests will be able to participate in a tea ceremony and taste oriental sweets.

          In addition, two meetings included in the Tourist calendar of Moscow Region events will be hold - “The portage of Mytischi” and “The City of craftsmen”. Glassblowers, potters and other masters are going to demonstrate their skills. Festival visitors will be able to take part in work shops and buy souvenirs. 

      The festive occasion is conducted within the program of developing tourism in Moscow region and during the event a film about tourist opportunities of Mytischi will be presented.
