Monument to Actor Zinovy Gerdt Unveiled in Pskov Region

A monument to the well-known film actor Zinovy Gerdt, who would have turned 95 years old on September, 21st, has been unveiled in Sebezh town of the Pskov Region.
The bronze monument has been designed by the creative team of Oleg Yershov from the Moscow Region. It is located in a park opposite to the place, where the house of the actors parents used to stand earlier and where a memorial stone was set up in 2004.
Sebezh dwellers have named the area around the stone a lawn of poets, since regular meetings of local poets and artists take place there.
