This is the 11th sculpture appeared in the city for the last three months. Earlier “Founders of Irkutsk”, “Wives of the Decembrists”, “Peter and Fevronia of Murom” were also set up in one of the oldest Siberian towns.

Besides, the administration of Irkutsk has restored a 19th century building for the Tea Museum opening. The Tea House is situated on the territory of the historical and architectural complex “The House of Europe”. The exposition is fully dedicated to the favourite drink of millions of Siberians.

The improvement of the city's image and the appearance of new tourist attractions have resulted in the increase of Irkutsk visitors.
