Apple Museum to Open in Moscow

A unique collection of devices and accessories made by the Apple Corporation, which now is kept in one of Moscow printing offices, will soon become a museum. Its collector, Andrei Antonov, has been gathering gadgets for a long time, and now he keeps the collection in work, as it there is not enough place for it in his house. So Andrei plans to open a special exposition accessible for all Apple fans.

        The collection consists of monitors, keyboards, central processing units and other production made by Apple for the last 30 years. Foe example, there is a popular model of the 1980s Apple IIC, which was issued in stationary and portable versions, a rare Apple II, which was created in 1978. There is also Mac Portable weighing 7 kilograms, which could work for 10 hours, game consoles, a fridge-bag for beer with embedded radio, the first portable computer in transparent case and apple-shaped sunglasses, which were issued in number of only 30 copies.

      Andrei Antonov plans to open the museum in the beginning of 2012. The place for the exposition is still unknown.
