On Tuesday, Russian President signed laws to ratify intergovernmental agreements on mutual trips with Croatia, India and Norway. Earlier the laws were adopted by the State Duma and the Federation Council.
According to the laws, citizens of Russia, Croatia and India, businessmen and cultural workers first, will be able to get visas by simplified procedures, including one-time visas for 90 days terms.
Regarding Russia and Norway, which share a border, the two countries’ residents, living in the border zone, will be able to cross the border without visas. Instead of it, there will be a special certificate. To gain it, one must show a cause for regular visits to Norway - family relationships, cultural, economic or other reasons.
The documents have been published in the Rossiiskaya Gazeta government newspaper.
