Top managers, working for large Russian companies, earned 70 % more than their European colleagues last year, showed the results of the consulting company Hay Group.
At that, salaries of Russian top-managers are on 40 % more, and bonuses are 60 % more.
Top managers’ salaries in Germany grew on 4.2 %, in Italy on 0.2%. There was no growth in France. The guaranteed income of Russian top managers has grown on 6 % for the year.
All Russian top managers were paid bonuses, which were no less than those planned in the budget. In Europe, this rate made up only 60%.
