Tickets for Russian Trains Can be Bought Over the Phone
Russian high-speed train "Sapsan"

If you need to book a train ticket, just dial: 8-800-775-00-00 (Information Service Centre). The call is free and the service is twenty-four-hour. 

      For the pre-purchase it is necessary to have the identity documents of future passengers. After the booking, you must pay and receive tickets in a box office of Moscow Railway Agency. It is allowed to get your tickets within three days from the date of order.

      Reservation is available for tickets to all long-distance trains, running through Russia.
