Moscow authorities discussed a new project “Moscow View” - the construction of a giant Ferris wheel. It will be 220 meters high, without inner spokes, and cabins will be moving on special rails. The base of this structure will be another wheel, that will house a concert hall, galleries, shops and restaurants with a total area of about 30 thousand square meters. A parking lot on 2.5 thousand cars will be located within easy reach of the site. 

      The officials are now choosing the place, where to build this unusual attraction. Three possible spots have been already discussed – near the Big Circus (Vernadsky prospekt), in the area of the VVC(All-Russian Exhibition Centre) or in the Gorky Park.
