Migrant Children wont get separate schools in Moscow

Moscow will not open separate schools for migrant children, claimed the Mayor of Moscow at the program “Our City” on TV Center Channel.

According to social city statistics, there are about 28 thousand children at Moscow schools and preschool institutions, who do not have Russian citizenship, while   about 15 thousand of them do not speak Russian.

The Moscow city authorities decided to create classes for special preparation on the Russian language at schools, where a child can learn the language properly.

“I consider the additional Russian language classes are more perspective, than opening separate schools”, said the Mayor.
