Russian passenger jet Sukhoi Superjet 100, owned by Aeroflot airlines, made its first international flight on December 5, 2011. Moscow – Oslo- Moscow has become the first rout for SSJ 100. By the end of 2011, Aeroflot airlines will start flying to Budapest on board of SSJ-100.
Currently Aeroflot airlines have three SSJ-100 in its park: Mikhail Vodop’yanov, Dmitriy Ezerskiy and Ivan Orlovets. The jets fly to Sankt-Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Ufa, Astrakhan, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Anapa, Perm and Minsk. The first Superjet, received by Aeroflot on June 9, was set in commercial operation on June 16.
The Russian air carrier plans to get 30 SSJ-100.
Sukhoi Superjet 100 can transfer from 78 up to 98 passengers according to its design. Its speed may reach 840 km/h.
