Lack of motivation at work results in $ 228 billion loss for Russian business, says research of AXES Management, the Russian partner of consulting company Aon Hewitt.

The best employers – 2011 have counted the percentage of employees with a high level of involvement. “Involvement” is an index reflecting how much efforts an employee is ready to make to get high results at work.
