Recently, a decision has been made on the reconstruction of the abandoned sanatorium in Kalyazin (Tver Region), built in the early 1990s. It will become a modern apart-hotel. 

      The sanatorium, located in the Uglich Reservoir, has never been open and never been used. During the reconstruction it will turn into a recreation complex with its own sandy beach, swimming pools, moorage, water attractions, restaurant and other infrastructure.

      This apartment hotel will function like the similar complexes in other countries – 95% of apartments will be sold into private ownership, the other part will be used as hotel rooms. 

      The project is expected to be presented in the spring of 2012.
