Monument to Hospitality Appears in Saransk

Sculptural composition titled "Make yourself at home" has been set up in Saransk. It is a result of collective creativity of the staff of one of the city’s hotels. After long discussions it was decided to combine several symbols together. So the idea of generalized character of hospitality and coziness was born. Thus, a chair, slippers and a cat came to symbolize home, safety, comfort, and rest. A raincoat and a sac remind of the one who can use all this. As the press-service of Saransk Management of municipal services said, the creator of the sculptural composition is Mordovian sculptor Grigory Filatov. It took more than a year to implement the creative idea. Source: penza.kp.ru
