Monument in Tver Made with Grammar Mistakes

New stele “Town of Military Glory” uncovered on December, 13th turned to have set in stone some blunders.

Attentive citizens who came to see the new monument could not overlook two grammar mistakes: one odd letter present and one required comma absent.

Ceremony of unveiling the memorial will take place on December, 16th within the limits of celebrations dedicated to the 70th anniversary since releasing the town from fascist aggressors.

It is not the first case showing that Tver officials approving of the texts of memorable inscriptions are not good at Russian language.
