New Year’s holidays won’t cause much delay in International mail transiting by Post of Russia, which won’t exceed much the set standards.
“We are sure, this and the following year will be without significant delays,” says the Deputy General Director of Post of Russia Gennadiy Kotov.
According to the official, there is no country in the world, which delivers all 100% of posting in time. On the average, 5-6% of postings are delayed. One of the reasons is a human factor, senders often write incorrect address.
According to the Russian norms, 92-96% of pasting should be delivered in time.
