The museum of actress Yekaterina Savinova, who is mostly known to viewers with her role of Frosya Burlakova in the comedy Come Tomorrow (1963), has been opened in her native village Eltsovka of the Altay Territory.
The museum has been settled in the house, where Savinova’s friend - Eudoxia Burlakova - used to live earlier. The building was redeemed and capitally repaired. It took one year to build the new memorial museum.
The museum exposition is divided into two parts. The first of them tells about rural life and household that surrounded the future actress, and the other one tells about Savinova’s life in Moscow.
