6,5 kg Trotyl Found on Dump Site in Kaliningrad Region

44-year-old local dweller addressed a police department of Zelenograd District (Kaliningrad Region) and informed about having found explosives in a dump site near Sosnovka Settlement.
      The news was reported by the press-service of the regional government of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
      The man decided to hand over his dangerous find pieces of yellowish-brown color. Upon examination the substance proved to be trotyl. The explosive substance weighed almost 6.5 kg.
      The local resident got some monetary compensation for his active citizenship.
