Exhibition on Wheels Opens in Petersburg

A unique train has arrived at the Baltiyski railway station in Saint Petersburg to become a real exhibition centre.
      
      It consists of new type compartment carriages made at the Tver coach building factory. Inside the carriages one can see models of modern rolling stock of the Russian Railway, such as passenger electric locomotives, a diesel locomotive, a two-storeyed carriage, and others.
      
      Visitors can also learn about the history of development of the national railway transportation and modern infrastructure of the railway system of Russia.
      
      The exhibition will run till January, 8th, 2012 at the Baltiyski railway station.
