The Board of Health published the territorial program of state guarantees for “rendering free medical aid in 2012”.
      
      According to the document, health schools for “follow-up groups of patients”, i.e. those having serious chronic diseases, and there are hundreds of thousands of such people nowadays.
      
      Health schools are supposed to be organized on the basis of all 94 Moscow clinics.
      
      In the course of these classes doctors will tell patients how to improve their life style taking into account their condition, recommend a proper diet and day regimen, so that they feel as comfortable as possible.
