The Territory of St. Petersburg Economic Forum to be built up with apartments

The territory of the complex Lenexpo, which traditionally hosts St. Petersburg Internatinal Economic Forum, will be built up with a shopping center, a hotel and apartments.

      
The company Expoforum, which is close to Gazprom structures, is to work out a developing plan for Lenexpo by the end of the year. Investors are ready to invest from $ 300 million up to $ 1 billion in to the project. St. Petersburg Internatinal Economic Forum is supposed to move to Pushkinskiy region, where it will occupy 56 Hectares. The delivered territory may be built up with a shopping center, a hotel and apartments. The shopping center will be located above the metro station Shkiperskaya. Some experts consider, its total square may reach 100 thousand sq meters. The hotel may be qualified as 3 or 4 stars and may offer 170 -250 rooms. The proposal to manage the hotel has already been made to St. Petersburg hotel nets.
