Europejsky shopping center to be privatized

One of the most popular shopping center in Moscow, Europejsky, which is situated next to Kievsky Railway Station, to be completely privatized by businessmen God Nisanov and Zakhar Iliev.

      
The company Kievskaya Ploshchad (Kiev Square), owned by God Nisanov and Zakhar Iliev, is ready to admit the Moscow city’s ownership of questionable squares and is going to acquire the city’s share for $ 539 million.

      
According to Forbes rating, in 2011 God Nisanov and Zakhar Iliev, took the first place in rating of the top businessmen in Russia, who earns on renting commerce property. For 2011 the entrepreneurs, who won some commerce objects in the Russia’s capital (among them shopping centers, hotels, markets) have raised $ 780 million.
