Moscow to Have its Own Hyde Park

Moscow Hyde Park may soon appear at Vorobevy Hills or in Luzniki in Moscow. To choose a place for Hyde Park consultations with parliamentary political associations and “the angry” citizens are required, the head of Moscow Culture Department Sergey Kapkov stated on Thursday. According to him, it is too early to speak about the exact location, since it is necessary to solve the issues of safety and municipal maintenance. Thus, for example, power supplies for stages and sound will be required. “It is a good idea, correct idea, and it ought to be implemented. It is necessary to communicate with all. The choice of the place for this park is not only our decision; it might be Vorobevy Hills or part of Luzniki. I hope, people will hold meetings there not in a daily mode” – Mr. Kapkov added.
