A factory for manufacture of solar batteries and wind generators may possibly be constructed in the Belgorod Region.
      
      The factory will make solar batteries and wind generators that will replace import production in the Russian market. According to the director of AltEnergo company Victor Filatov the project can be supported by Rosnano.
      
      The output volume has not been specified yet. The question concerning the site of the new enterprise has neither been solved so far. According to Victor Filatov, the possibility of building the factory in Valujsky District is under consideration.
      
      Now the company AltEnergo is actively promoting its investment project for producing electric and thermal power on the basis of biogas technologies, solar energy and wind power.
