The monument Tent from the museum complex Lenin's Tent located in Razliv will be restored in 2012.
Restoration of the monument constructed under the project of architect Alexander Gegello will cost 1.5 million roubles. Together with this monument the museum is going to restore the obelisk to the National Home Guard of 1789 erected on the Rybatsky Bridge. Besides, necessary works will be carried out in the territory of Aleksander Nevsky Monastery.
The museum complex at Razliv (an artificial lake created by order of Peter I in 1723) is dedicated to the events of 1917 - in that summer Vladimir Lenin was compelled to hide there from the provisional government. From July till August he lived there in a summer shed, and then in a specially constructed tent. The complex includes two museums Tent and Shed, which were founded in 1928 and 1925 respectively.
