The Zubov's House - a unique monument of architecture of the early 19th century - has opened upon restoration in Moscow.
In its history the building has several times changed its mission, while representatives of the dynasty have lived there for more than 150 years.
Upon restoration the Zubov's House with beautiful stucco molding and brilliant parquet has regained its former beauty. Now the building will be accessible to general public again. Once it was a private property, after the revolution the Teacher's Club, and then a school. 8 years ago the house changed its owner again. The new owners have finally brought the new architecture monument in order.
The granddaughter of the first house owner - Pavel Zubov - and the daughter of the second owner - Vasily - Maria Zubova has lived in this house all her life. Now she also has the right on the premises on the top floor.
