Film Hard to be a God to Premiere Next Year

The film Hard to be a God based on the well-known novel of the Strugatsky Brothers may probably get to the Guinness Book of Records.

The film director Aleksei German started shooting the film in 2000 and has not completed the film yet. Six years ago Aleksei Herman made the last shot for the film. The director has recently promised that the film will be finished in one and a half year.

By the beginning of 2012 he finished cutting of Hard to Be a God - Alexey Herman's wife Svetlana Karmalita. "Now every day we are engaged in dubbing. We hope very much that by the end of the year the film will be completely ready".

According to the film expert Alexander Pozdnyakov, all central actors and the lead actor Leonid Yarmolnik have already dubbed their characters.

Earlier Aleksei German spoke: If the film turns out good - I will be glad, if it is bad - it will be hurtful. Perhaps I will work in the theater. Me and my wife Svetlana have some unfinished plays left.
