Tourist Festival to be Held in Pskov

The traditional festival “Gardarika” will open a new tourist season in Pskov May 5-6. Guests will be able to find out about new towns and events of the Pskov region

      During these days the small towns and districts of the region will be presenting their history, culture and traditions near the Pskov Kremlin.

      Several special areas will be thematically divided:

      “Gardarika” area – tourism in towns and districts of the region.

      “Zavalinka” area – camp sites, museums, nature reserves, excursions, health and ecological tourism.

      “Postoyaly Dvor” area - the best hotels and guest houses of the region.

      “Prazdnik!” area - events, festival of the historical reconstruction, honey festival.

      Guests will be able to enjoy crafts and honey fairs. The festival gives visitors a unique opportunity to see all the corners of the Pskov region for two days and to choose the best part to come here again.
