The Malta Visa Application Centre will be opened in Kaliningrad March 30, 2012.

      It is possible to apply for a visa to Lithuania, Belgium, Germany, Estonia and other countries if you are currently in Kaliningrad.

      The Malta visa centres in Russia are also working in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don and Samara.

      The application can be submitted in person, by proxy, by an accredited travel agency or courier service. It will take 4-5 working days to obtain a visa. Consular fee for a single-entry visa - 35 Euro (1500 rubles), the service charge - 1150 rubles.
