Museon Park near the Central House of Artist at Krymsky Val in Moscow is going to transform into an open-air museum of modern art.
Details of the project remain unknown; however, the head of the Moscow Culture Department Sergey Kapkov has promised that Museon will "provide a few intrigues" in the coming months. The Deputy Director on Park Development Irina Saminskaya said in an interview to Russian Newspaper that Museon would soon become open and accessible to everything that is there in modern culture.
Besides, the park management is considering the idea of making a foot quay, and turning the steps leading down to the Moskva River into an amphitheater. Naturally, there will also appear restaurants and cafes there.
