Monument to The Beatles Can Be Set Up in Moscow

They failed to find assets for casting and setting up the monument to The Beatles in Tomsk.

Thus, the project is planned to be implemented in another city, may be in Moscow. By estimation, the project implementation will cost about 6 000 000 rubles. At first it was declared that the authorities of Tomsk were ready to pay all the expenses, but the city hall did not support this offer, and so it has been suspended.

Tomsk sculptors Nikolay and Anton Gnedykh suggested making a sculpture of the well-known musicians in the form of the cover from the Abbey Road (1969) album, where all the band members are walking on the crosswalk.
