 Banks to Be Forbidden to Send Credit Cards to Loaners without their Written Agreement

Russian banks will be forbidden to send credit cards to loaners without their written agreement. This norm is set in the law draft “About Consumer Credit” published by the Minister of Finance on its official site.     


      

Electronic payment instruments should be given to a loaner by a mean which lets to identify definitely that it is got by the loaner personally or his authorized representative. The delivery of electronic payment instruments without written agreement of a loaner will be forbidden.


      

Nowadays banks are abusing mailing credit cards to people who have not applied for issuing a credit card.
