Wine producer Abrau Durso to sell 10% stake at IPO

One of the largest wine producers in Russia, Abrau Durso, is to sell its 10% stake at IPO. Abrau Durso shares have been included into listing of MICEX-RTS stock exchange. The first trades could be held within the nearest two weeks.

      
Abrau Durso owners indent to sell 10 % stakes. The stakes will be offered without initial subscription. At the day of the first trades a shareholders’ meeting with potential investors and a presentation will be held instead of traditional road-show.

      
In August 2011 the company reported about its plans to sell 15% stakes and attract $ 15 million. The primary estimate of the company amounted $100 million. The invested means will be spent on developing touristic infrastructure of the company.
