The Moscow Museum of Cinema deprived of its own building since 2005 is waiting for its destiny to be resolved, because private individuals offering their help have no clear idea of what is needed to be built, the Museum’s deputy director Maxim Pavlov reported to RIA Novosti news agency on Sunday as a comment to the offer put forward the day before by Konstantin Ernst, head of the First Channel.
“Yesterday I met architects of Media City, which we plan to construct on the territory of the factory Sickle and Hammer, and now with all responsibility I announce that the First Channel is ready to finance the foundation of the Museum of Cinema and Television and provide space for it in our territory” - Konstantin Ernst said.
