Feeding Sharks in Moscow Ocean Park

Feeding Sharks in Moscow Ocean Park

The unique and dangerous show – hand-feeding sharks – has started at Moscow Ocean Park. According to one of the shark trainers working there, it is the only show in the world. In some foreign aquariums dangerous animals are fed with the help of special manipulators while Russian divers take more risks.

Though the show is held with not man-eating sharks, they still have sharp teeth that pose a serious threat.

Visitors can enjoy various stunts with sharks (“candle”, “ring”, etc) and have a great experience of scuba diving and swimming with sea predators.

Moscow Ocean Park was opened in October 2011. It is located on the ground floor of a shopping mall “Rio”. It is divided into 9 thematic areas with 250 species of marine and freshwater fish.

Dive show with sharks: every Monday and Friday at 6 p.m.

      Address: 163, Dmitrovskoe highway, “Rio”.
