The Observatory and the Sky Park reopened in Moscow Planetarium after a break for the autumn-winter period. Visitors are welcomed to visit a unique complex, which allows to study astronomy.
The Sky Park is a part of the capital's Planetarium. It combines an observatory and an open-air museum, where guests can participate in observations and learn about the basics of classical astronomy, ancient and modern astronomical instruments, simple techniques of navigating by sun, stars, etc.
Opening hours:
The Sky Park: every day except Tuesday from 11:50 till 20:00 on weekdays and from 11:50 till 21:00 on weekends and holidays. The guided tour is held after the session in the Big Star Hall.
The Observatory: every day except Tuesday from 11:00 till 18:00. Guided tours are held every hour if the weather is clear. Tickets can be bought no more that two hours before the tour. Evening observations will be organized in summer from 21:00 till 23:00.
