Eco Festival to Start in Yekaterinburg

The third ecological festival “Clean and Healthy City” will take place in the Urals capital on June 10, 2012.

      The program includes various thematic activities. The area will be divided into several parts: “Ecovillage”, “Ecocity” and “Ecoworld”. Visitors will be able to learn about the achievements in the field of ecology and to find out practical solutions to environmental problems.

      According to organizers, one of the main goals of the festival is to develop environmental culture and the active life position of the younger generation. Childern will be told about the importance of a healthy environment, proper lifestyle and family values.

      The festival will last from 12:00 till 22:00 on the territory of Yekaterinburg Historic Park.
