On the first summer weekend - June 2 and 3 - the Arkhangelskoe Estate near Moscow will be hosting the already traditional International music festival Jazz Estate.
Within two days 50 music bands playing various genres of music will appear on five stages of the festival.
Headliners of the stage Parterre will be the "small orchestra" Pink Martini mixing various jazz styles and old-fashioned pop music and the African singer Angelique Kidjo, who are going to visit Russia for the first time.
Festival days on the academic stage Aristocrat will be crowned by Richard Bona with a new Cuban project and Kenny Garrett Quintet.
One should pay attention to the performance of Yaron Herman Trio. Electronic music fans will be attracted by the performance of the British composer Matthew Herbert.
Among the guest musicians is the jazz vocalist Gabrielle Goodman, the French chansonnier Nilda Fernandez, and the Norwegian quartet The Katzenjammer.
