First Monument to Businessman to Appear in Yekaterinburg

Russia's first ever monument to the businessman will appear in Yekaterinburg, in 2013, informed Anatoly Filippenkov, the president of the union of small and medium-size enterprises of Sverdlovsk Region at the business forum Future of Yekaterinburg on Thursday.
"This monument will be the first of the kind in Russia. There is a monument to shuttle traders, but no monument to entrepreneurs", - A. Filippenkov pointed out.
According to him, the monument will be a bronze sculpture of a man's height. The project assessed to cost 5 million rubles is financed by businessmen.
The monument is planned to be unveiled on May 26. It will be located next to the Ural State Economic University.
