Vnukovo Airport Launched Video Calling Service
Vnukovo International Airport, Moscow

The unique service has been launched by Vnukovo International Airport – passengers now have an opportunity to make a free video call to the operator of the airport's information office.

As Interfax reports, this opportunity helps to improve the quality of communication with passengers. Live conversation with operators is more comfortable for people with disabilities. At the same time, to protect the privacy rights of citizens the operator will not have the technical ability to see the speaker.

The access to the new service is available via the home page of the airport's website and in the section "Passenger Guide", no user registration is required. To make a video call, the computer must be equipped with a microphone.
