June 21 will mark the 50th anniversary since the birth of the legendary rock musician, singer and songwriter Viktor Tsoi.
      
      Organizers of the events commemorating Viktor Tsoi will unveil Tsoy's wall in Petersburg. Just for one day there will appear Tsoy Lane and Tsoy monument in the city. The temporary renaming of the lane will be a peculiar “offer” to Petersburg dwellers to consider the possibility of the permanent Tsoy Street in the city.
      
      It is a reminder that earlier Tsoi's admirers collected about one thousand signatures under the offer of renaming one of the streets after the rock musician. However, they have not yet received any official response from the administration of Petersburg.
      
      Viktor Tsoi was a well-known Russian rock musician, songwriter, film actor and artist, the founder and leader of the rock band Kino. In August, 1990 Victor Tsoi perished in a car accident.
