The new great project “Always connected” has been presented in Kazan. It involves the installation of dozens of Wi-Fi access points on the streets and in public areas of the city. Any PC or laptop, which is within a radius of about 100 meters from the point can access Internet.
The network will expand, covering the existing Wi-Fi areas, organized in universities, hotels, cafes and restaurants. New access points will appear in the most crowded places in the city. Thus, Wi-Fi will be soon available throughout the entire city and the ability to use wireless Internet will become more widespread.
