Novosibirsk travellers are going to hold an extreme expedition to the Putorana Plateau, located about 100 km north of the Arctic Circle.
Starting on July 16, the expedition will last for six weeks. A total of 20 people from different Russian cities (Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Barnaul, Omsk) are going to take part in this extreme travel. The participants will ride on four amphibious cars, equipped with the so-called "bananas" that turn a car to a floating vehicle.
Russian travellers and sportsmen will have to overcome a distance of about 2000 km along the Yenisei River and to swim above the Arctic Circle.
